DACULA, Ga. -- An 18 year old is in the hospital after trying to see how long he could hold his breath underwater.
The teen was found unresponsive shortly after 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the pool in the Hamilton Mill subdivision in Dacula.
Gwinnett County Fire Lt. Colin Rhoden said the unidentified teen was in the shallow end of the pool, timing how long he could hold his breath underwater. He was found by a lifeguard and pulled out of the pool.
The teen was taken to a local hospital. His condition was not immediately known.
