Prosecutors say Sneiderman lied on the witness stand during Hemy Neuman's 2012 trial when she denied having an affair with him. Neuman was convicted of shooting Rusty Sneiderman to death and was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Andrea Sneiderman's last hearing was in May, when she entered a not guilty plea.
Jury selection for her trial will begin July 29. A judge ruled last month that attorneys will select from a pool of 200 for the jury.
