JOHNS CREEK, Ga. -- Five people where arrested at the Sapphire Spa in Johns Creek for running an unlicensed business and offering sexual services.
Authorities discovered this business after a client called them after he felt he has been cheated by a woman he had paid for sexual services. The client even accused the general manager of the spa of attempting to use a taser on the client during a dispute.
The five arrested were charged with charges ranging from "no massage permit" to "disorderly conduct.
The accused, include:
- Melissa Ann Gordon, 24
- Karla Elizabeth Lauzon, 20
- Contessa Grant, 24
- Kariss May Shadi, 21
- Alhaussane Toure, 32
Police found that the spa has been advertising escort services and adult sensual massage service. Authorities executed a search warrant seeking evidence of prostitution on Tuesday.
"Places like this have no place in Johns Creek," said Chief Ed Densmore. "We are continuing our investigation and more charges may be forthcoming."
