FORNEY, TX -- Authorities confirm that George Zimmerman was pulled over for speeding in Kaufman County, Texas.
According to the Forney Police Department, Zimmerman was pulled over on Sunday afternoon and issued a verbal warning for driving over the speed limit.

Zimmerman was driving a late model Honda truck when he was pulled over and told the officer he was going no where in particular.

A jury recently acquitted George Zimmerman for the murder of 17-year-old Florida teen Trayvon Martin in a Sanford, Florida courtroom. Zimmerman's acquittal has incited, almost daily, demonstrations around the United States calling for a revision or abolishment of the "Stand Your Ground" law in Florida.
Also, as a result of Zimmerman's acquittal, many entertainers and celebrities have vowed to boycott the State of Florida until the law is changed.
