ATLANTA -- Morris Brown College alumni are fighting to save a piece of their campus from being sold off as part of a deal to make room for the new Atlanta Falcons stadium.
They held a protest Thursday night to prevent it from being sold to the equally historic Friendship Baptist Church.

On Sunday, the congregation will vote on a proposal to sell their site to the Falcons, and to try to buy the Morris Brown property to build the new church.

Protesters say they want to keep the campus intact, not sold off in pieces.
