President Obama made a statement Monday afternoon at the White House.
"I've been briefed by my team. We don't know all the facts but several people have been shot and some killed. We are confronting another mass shooting and today it happened on a military base. They are patriots and they know danger of serving abroad but today faced violence they wouldn't expect here at home."
