ATLANTA -- The AARP is hosting a day of service in Atlanta as part of its annual national convention at the Georgia World Congress Center this week.

The group's national expo is titled Life@50+ and the organization is hosting a day of community service that will feature former NFL quarterback Dan Marino, sportscaster James "JB" Brown and others Thursday morning before teams of volunteers work on service projects throughout the city.
