She's talking about the a cell phone video that went viral on YouTube showing another student, 12, in a fight with Quinaya at a school bus stop.
It happened last year when the girls were both attending Tucker Middle School. Authorities later charged the father of the other teen for instigating the altercation.
45-year-old Timothy Taylor pleaded guilty Monday to simple battery, reckless conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Investigators say Taylor insisted his daughter start the fight and even drove her to the bus stop to meet up with Quinaya. On the video, you can hear Taylor yelling obscenities and encouraging the fight to continue.
"It is heartbreaking to watch especially when you hear Quinaya ask them to stop the fight, but the dad said 'no, don't'. They fought for four minutes and 10 seconds and no one would help," said Durden.
Taylor will serve 60 days in jail along with participating in probation, community service and a parenting class.
"I really pushed for the parenting class. I think he needs it. As parents we should be teaching our kids how to talk out their disagreements or go see a counselor or school resource officer if necessary," said Durden.
