The store has been designed to pay homage to local Atlanta sports teams, destination and history makers. There is a display of the basketball hoop set from the former Butler Street YMCA where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. used to play. Nine custom mannequins depicting some of Atlanta's greatest athletes and a full basketball court layout made of black Swarovski crystals.
The 23,000 square-foot location occupies two levels and offers a premium assortment of Nike running, training, basketball, football, soccer and sportswear with footwear, apparel and equipment for men, women and young athletes.
Nike also used reclaimed bleachers and wooden gym floors throughout the store's interior.
