Ready to get rid of those inked-in inaccurate Chinese symbols, ex-girlfriends' names or tribal bands around your biceps? Beverly Hills tattoo-removal firm Dr. Tattoff Inc. on Wednesday opened its first clinic in Atlanta.
The clinic is at 3637 Peachtree Road Suite D-1 in Buckhead and it uses lasers to remove regrettable body art decisions.
"Tattoo removal is primarily fueled by the growing importance for individuals to improve their personal appearance," said Dr. Tattoff CEO John Keefe, in a statement. "The decision is typically driven by a desire to reverse a "permanent decision" made during one's youth, find an affordable solution to look one's best, and/or the need to increase job prospects by having a mainstream appearance."
Dr. Tattoff serves a range of patients, but has a focus on females aged 18-40 years who earn more than $50,000 a year. Some 60 percent of that demographic has tattoos.
The chain has performed more 200,000 treatments on more than 25,000 patients in clinics in southern California, Phoenix, Dallas and Houston.
