CLEVELAND (AP) -- One of three women held in a Cleveland man's home for a decade says an extension cord was used to tie her neck, hands and feet and hang her, in her words, "like a fish."

Michelle Knight describes that in a clip from a taped interview airing Tuesday and Wednesday on "Dr. Phil."

In another clip on the show's YouTube channel, Knight says she was told she'd be punished after she tried to pick a lock and escape. She also says her mouth was taped so she wouldn't yell.

Knight, then 20, was kidnapped in 2002. Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus escaped from Ariel Castro's house May 6 when Berry pushed out a door and called for help.

Castro later died in prison. His hanging death was ruled a suicide.
