Andrea Sneiderman leaves courtoom after sentencing
ATLANTA -- A settlement has been reached in the wrongful death lawsuit against Andrea Sneiderman.
Her husband, Rusty Sneiderman was shot and killed outside a Dunwoody day care in November 2010.
Rusty's family filed the suit against Andrea prior to her indictment on murder charges in August 2012.
However, prosecutors dropped those charges on the eve of her criminal trial in July.
