DUNWOODY, Ga. -- Cassandra Greene has dedicated her life to helping victims of domestic violence. It's rewarding, if not high-paying work.

So she was overjoyed when she got an extra-special early Christmas present this week. Greene received two free tickets to Andrea Bocelli's concert at Phillips Arena Sunday.

"I don't care if he's singing, 'Mary Had a Little Lamb'," Greene said. "I tear up."

Greene desperately wanted to see the Italian tenor in concert, but she could not afford the tickets. So she emailed the president of Bocelli's fan club asking for a complimentary ticket.

For weeks, she heard nothing until she received an email letting her know there would be two tickets waiting for her at the box office Sunday.
