Have you bought Duracell Ultra batteries over the past four years?
If so, you could be owed some money.
In the settlement of a class action lawsuit for false advertising and marketing, Duracell has agreed to refund customers who have receipts up to $12.00

Those who don't have a receipt will receive up to $6.00.  The company is not admitting any wrongdoing.

The settlement applies only to the Ultra variety of batteries. Click here to file a claim.
