Lawrenceville natural gas problems due to high demand

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- People in Lawrencville are having natural gas problems due to the cold weather.

On the city's website they posted this:

The City of Lawrenceville has experienced some pressure problems in our gas system due to unusually high demand. The City is working to restore pressure in the system as soon as possible and we anticipate the issues should be resolved within a couple of hours. City employees will then proceed to go door to door to re-light those who lost pressure and need assistance. If you have already called please do not call again. We will get to you as soon as we can. If you have not called or know someone who is out of gas and has not called, they can call 770-963-3332 to be scheduled.
