ATLANTA -- The governor continues to take some heat for what he was doing the morning of this week's snow storm.
Governor Nathan Deal spent the morning of the storm in photo-ops at the Capitol, including pictures with actors portraying Rhett Butler and Scarlet O'Hara. It was part of Georgia Tourism day, but some say with a winter storm warning issues it should have been postponed.
Deal also attended a luncheon with Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed as the snow started to get heavy in the metro area.
Both men were heavily criticized for not focusing more on the impending crisis at the time.
