Somebody who doesn't know Sallie Waldrop well would probably feel sorry that she's had to overcome such great challenges in her life.

But it would only take a moment to see that not only is Sallie happy...but she also wants to help others. That?s why Sallie Waldrop got her Fish Wish.

Once every week, Sallie Waldrop and her friend Emily, and her friend Nicole, and her dad Harry come to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta to volunteer.

Sallie's job is to collect the videos children have already watched, wipe them down, and help her dad hand out new ones.

Sallie has spent a lot of time at Children's -- and not just volunteering. As a Down?s Syndrome child, she had serious heart problems -- which led to open heart surgery. But there's nothing wrong with her heart now.

"I like to help people," Sallie said. ?I like to help kids out."

Sallie and Harry and friends got a VIP tour of the Georgia Aquarium.

Sally and Harry and friends were happy enough just to be able to come to the Aquarium and get a real good look at the exhibits -- but there was a special surprise in store for them.

The crew was brought to the top of the Ocean Voyager exhibit to watch the whale sharks get fed.

Sallie's father Harry said he wants his daughter to understand that it's not about her, it's about what she can do for others. Not only does Sallie Waldrop volunteer once a week at Children's Healthcare, but also she volunteers at her church, and works at an assisted-living facility.

She gets it.
