
Police in Lowndes County, Ala., captured a 22-year-old man Monday night who was on the run after the stabbing deaths of his father and grandfather in Decatur, Ga.
Miller Jordan III will face an extradition hearing before police are able to bring him back to Georgia to face double murder charges, police told 11Alive News.
The suspect's mother and sisters found the bodies of the two victims when they returned home Sunday from an out-of-town trip.
Miller Jordan Jr., 57, was the assistant principal at Clarke Central High School in Athens, school officials said. His father, Miller Jordan, was visiting the home when they were attacked and murdered.
Jordan Jr. lived in Decatur with his three children and wife, Gale Jordan, an assistant principal at Kennedy Elementary School in Barrow County.
