Cho sent the package to NBC with a return address that included the name Ismail Ax, which was scrawled in red ink on Cho's arm after the bloodbath.

In the photos, Cho wears a khaki-colored military-style vest, fingerless gloves, a black T-shirt, a backpack, and a backwards, black baseball cap.

In the video that he sent, Cho makes references to the Columbine High School massacre and the teenage killers. His shooting spree came almost eight years to the day of Columbine anniversary.

Cho says "You had a hundred billion chances and ways to have avoided today... but you decided to spill my blood. You forced me into a corner and gave me only one option."

The package was mailed from a Virginia post office at 9:01am ET on Monday, about an hour and 45 minutes after Cho killed his first two victims.
