ATLANTA - A husband and wife from Atlanta are trying to solve a global problem. They've started a non-profit to highlight a deadly danger involving babies and their families.
Michael Wahl was inspired to create DriButts after a mission trip to Haiti. While working in a local village repairing wells and building latrines, he noticed babies were naked and defecating in their homes, by the food source and near the water source.
DriButts, a washable, reusable diaper was born. Together Michael and his wife, Starla, made 700 diapers in their home. Now they have manufacturer helping them to keep up with the demand.
