Man pistol whipped during home invasion in Morrow

MORROW, Ga. - Morrow Police are asking the public to help them identify three men wanted for a violent home invasion.
The crime happened Wednesday, September 21, around 4:30 p.m. at a home on John Robert Drive.
Police Chief James Callaway said the male victim was targeted due to the nature of his job. He said the home invaders were specifically after a cash deposit, but the victim had already taken the money to the bank. The robbers then pistol whipped the victim. Police said he was treated at a hospital and is expected to be ok.
A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrests and indictment of the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
