Hundreds of migrants rescued off Libyan coast

The men, women and children were rescued off the Libyan coast.

Nearly 800 migrants were rescued off the Libyan coast on Saturday in six different operations, according to the Italian coast guard.

Rescuers saved hundreds of migrants who were navigating on board five rubber boats.

One of them was deflating and sinking when rescuers arrived.

Most of the rescued migrants were from sub-Saharan African countries and left from Libya.
