Working out with your toddler

Atlanta based exercise physiologist and personal trainer Tarryn Hoff has released a new video entitled ‘Top Ten Exercises to do in 60 seconds using a baby.’

In the video Hoff bench presses the toddler, does bicep curls with the toddler, and even runs and jumps over the toddler.

His 10th tip is to ‘Run around and have fun with your baby.’
