Gwinnett Police need help identifying man

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Gwinnett County Police are asking the public for help identifying a man who was brought to Gwinnett Medical Center this week.

The man had a heart attack Tuesday on the side of South Old Peachtree Road near Lou Ivy Road. He was rushed to GMC - Duluth, where he is in grave condition.

Gwinnett Police said the man appears to be in his mid to late 50's. He is white, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 to 160 pounds, with a distinctive surgery scar on his left arm.

The man was wearing khaki cargo shorts, a white shirt, white Nike tennis shoes and a white University of North Carolina cap. He had no identification, but was carrying the keys to a 1998-2002 Toyota.

Anyone who can help investigators identify the man is asked to call Gwinnett County Police at 770-513-5300.
