Aiming to keep the focus on climate change legislation, President Barack Obama put a plug in for administration efforts to make lamps and lighting equipment use less energy.

Some at "Go Green Expo" not sure President's Cap and Trade bill will help businesses.

The gator spotted on the Chattahoochee River under the I-285 bridge has retreated from sight. But there may be more chances to see it this summer...and beyond.

Rangers say the gator did not get there by itself and won't survive there much past summer. They need to find it to take it to its natural habitat in south Georgia.

This year marks the end of Zoo Atlanta's agreement with China to keep the popular giant pandas in their Atlanta habitat. Now the Zoo is asking for help to keep them here in Georgia.

What Can You Do?
- Recycle plastic, paper, aluminum cans, and glass.
- Buy reusable products instead of disposables.
- Lower heating costs by adding insulation to the walls and attic of your house.
- Install weather stripping to help the efficiency of your air conditioner and heater.
- Use compact fluorescent lightbulbs, which are more efficient than incandescents.
- Drive less and use mass transit whenever possible.
