Fast-moving fire sweeps through Hall County home

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Fire officials say a fast-moving fire seriously damaged a home in Hall County on Friday.

The fire happened in the 500 block of Old Orr Road near Hog Mountain Road in the southern part of the county. When crews arrived, they found a the fire already spreading through the first floor of the 1800 square foot home.

They  immediately began a defensive attack to knock back the fire before moving to an offensive move to put it out entirely.

No one was injured but one adult and three children were displaced and are seeking the help of the American Red Cross. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
