Police: KSU student changed grades

KENNESAW, Ga --- A former Kennesaw State student is facing criminal charges after he allegedly hacked into the university's computer system and changed his grades.  

Chase Hughes was arrested after an investigation by Kennesaw State Police Department. Hughes is accused of hacking into the University’s computer system and changing multiple students’ grades, including his own. 

Hughes turned himself in to the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office on Monday. Charges against Hughes include three felony counts of computer trespassing as well as related offenses.

He was enrolled at Kennesaw State University from fall 2015 to Summer 2016
