How to train for the AJC Peachtree Road Race

ATLANTA -- Even though July 4 seems like it's a ways away, if you're planning on running the AJC Peachtree Road Race, you want to start training now.

The Atlanta Track Club kicked off its In-Training for Peachtree program on Saturday and you can still sign-up! You'll be in good company -- 11Alive's own Crash Clark and Kaitlyn Ross will be taking part in the 11-week program.

Olympian Carrie Tollefson is the face of the program this year and she says no matter what shape you're in, this program will get you ready.

Crash Clark has a bit of work to do. Luckily, he's already signed up. And there's still time for you to get on-board, too!
