Deal reached in Bobbi Kristina Brown guardianship

ROSWELL, Ga. -- A deal has been reached in the legal battle over guardianship of Bobbie Kristina Brown.

The court appointed her father, Bobby Brown, and her aunt Pat Houston as co-guardians.

They will be jointly responsible for making decisions about her care and medical needs, officials said.

"We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter," the legal council said in a statement on behalf of Brown and Houston.

Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically induced coma in January after being found unconscious in her Roswell home.

She is the daughter of the late musician Whitney Houston.
