Eatery Loses Liquor License After Facebook Pics

KENNESAW, Ga. -- A Cobb County restaurant is without its liquor license after some incriminating photos turned up on Facebook.

County commissioners considered both the photos on the social networking website and the results of a later investigation before making the ruling Tuesday against the Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant in Kennesaw.

"Apparently some parents became aware of some images on Facebook showing minors drinking alcohol at the restaurant. There were even some postings about one bartender making a great margaritas," said Robert Quigley, Cobb County spokesman.

The county's alcohol enforcement unit sent in its own undercover teen and says the restaurant also served that individual.

Cobb County police cited Mi Pueblo in September for the same violation.
