
Stockbridge, Ga.- A Morehouse College charter bus carrying band members flipped over Saturday morning on Interstate-75 in Stockbridge.
Forty-two people were on board, and injuries have been reported
Henry County first responders had to rescue one of the passengers who was trapped inside.
Four patients were transported in serious condition to Atlanta Medical Center and Grady Memorial Hospital.
Nine others were transported to area hospitals.
Twenty-nine others referred to as walking wounded were taken to Henry County Medical Center.
The bus was heading to Albany to perform at tonight's football game.
They were a part of a three-bus convoy. A witness told police that a car cut-off the bus driver, forcing him off the road.
The bus went off Interstate-75 near Hudson Bridge Road. It entered the grass area in an upright position. But, shortly after, it flipped to it's side.
All lanes of the interstate were closed for several hours as investigators are trying to find out what happened.
Morehouse President Robert Michael Franklin will address the media at 2p.m.
