We've been getting complaints recently about debt collectors. If you want an earful, take a listen to some of the harassing calls made by some bill collectors profiled in our story. Then come back here and share your stories.

If you think you are being harassed by a collection agency and want to know your rights take a look at the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. It goes into detail about the restrictions placed on collection actions and what you can do if they don't follow them.

The law firm Morgan and Morgan has made it a priority to go after bill collectors who violate the rules and shared these stories with us as examples of violations of the rules.

We want to hear from you if you're being harassed by a bill collector and we encourage you to save any voice mail recordings that you believe are threatening or harassing in nature.
