LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- The Gwinnett County Board approved four projects to replace aging water mains and drainage pipes during a Tuesday meeting.
According to Water Resources Director Ron Seibenhener the upgrades will improve water and stormwater services.
The contract for some of these projects was awarded to Gray's Grading and Pipeline -- they will replace "more than 500 feet" of corrugated metal drainpipe in a neighborhood near Lawrenceville. The company will also replace a similar metal culvert near Buford.
The county has detailed a couple of other projects included in this infrastructure revamp.
