CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. -- The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, ICE and the North Georgia Major Offender Task Force have located five wanted persons in Cherokee County.
Together, they conducted a search on September 18. Upon finding the five wanted suspects and arresting them, they found that three were in the United States illegally, and had previously deported and illegally re-entered the country. The other two men are United States citizens.
The individuals arrested are:
-Juan Manuel Lucio-Gonzales, was wanted by Fedral Authorities in Austin, Texas reference a Bench Warrant for his arrest. The original charge being Gun Smuggling as well as a Warrant out of Waller County, Texas for Assault on a Public Servant. Lucio-Gonzales is a known Zetas Gang Member. He is being held with no bond for ICE.
-Juan A. Cerano-Montez, 37, was wanted by Cherokee Sheriff's Office on an outstanding Bench Warrant. Cerano-montez was also wanted by ICE for Illegal Re-Entry into the U.S. after being deported. Cerano-Montez is being held without bond for ICE.
-Martin Heredia-Castro, was wanted by Kennesaw Police on an outstanding Bench Warrant for traffic charges. Henedia-Castro is in the country illegally and is being held with no bond for ICE.
-Cameron Lee Sengchanh, 23, U.S. Citizen, was wanted by Cherokee Sheriff's Office for Violation of Probation. He is being held with No Bond.
-Blas Jorge Granato, 37, U.S. Citizen, was wanted by Cherokee Sheriff's Office for Violation of Probation. Granato has been released on probation.
