Part dance, part aerobics Zumba will whip you in to shape with it's mix of fast and slow rhythms and resistance training designed to tone and sculpt your body all while burning off fat.
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. -- Fall Zumba Madness classes are starting for the fall season.
The classes begin the week of September 24.
The recreation department is offering you a chance to try several trial classes for residents.
According to a Peachtree City periodical, the Monday and Thursday classes will be held at the Kedron Fieldhouse, the Tuesday and Wednesday classes at the Glenloch Recreation Center and Friday classes at Glenloch.
The classes are free but registration is required prior to taking the class.
