SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. -- Police are investigating a bank robbery that happened around 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Best Bank, located inside a Sandy Springs Kroger.
According to Sandy Springs officials, the suspect is a light-skinned black male. He was wearing a camouflage jacket and black pants. At the time of the robbery, he had on a red curly wig.
The suspect ran from the Kroger immediately after the robbery. Police said the bank's dye pack activated near the store, so the suspect may have red dye on his clothing or skin.
