JACKSON, Miss. -- A federal judge has ordered an Atlanta man to be held without bond on charges related to a child sex tape.
Marco Laquin Rogers, 26, is accused of videotaping himself and another man having sex with a 3 or 4-year-old child.
Prosecutors said the tape was made in a Jackson hotel on May 26.
Authorities identified the other man in the video as 25-year-old Jeremy Atral Hodges. He was arrested in Cambridge, Mass. on child pornography charges.
Both men are originally from Mississippi, according to court records.
