ATLANTA -- Police have arrested a man who is allegedly responsible for a homicide that happened on Ponce de Leon Avenue in October.
Atlanta Police said Shaheed Huff, 30, was located in Lithonia, arrested and taken to the DeKalb County Jail without incident on Tuesday. Police said that on November 16, detectives issued arrest warrants for Huff for, on charges of Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault Weapon.

According to U.S. Marshals, Huff is suspected to be a member of the Bloods street gang.
In the October 5 incident, police said they were notified around 4:20 p.m. that a person had been shot at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Moreland Avenue. Police found the victim of the shooting deceased within a vehicle at Ponce de Leon and Briarcliffe Road.
They identified the deceased as Graham Sisk, 23. He was shot several times while parked at the intersection of Ponce de Leon and Moreland.
Witnesses of the crime told police that an argument had taken place on Moreland, further west of the shooting, between the victim and an occupant or occupants of an older pick-up truck, which they believed was either a Ford or Chevrolet, either blue or black.
Huff is now being held at the DeKalb County Jail
