DECATUR, Ga. -- A DeKalb County judge has ruled that Andrea Sneiderman can have contact with the man prosecutors say is in a relationship with her.
That man has been identified as Joseph Dell.
The judge had barred Sneiderman from seeing or talking with Dell last November, when prosecutors added him to their witness list.
