19th Annual Veterans Day luncheon

Veterans Day should be every day but since only one day is devoted to it we want to make sure you know about freebies.

Veterans Day is Friday, November 11 and a variety of restaurants and stores are offering free deals or discounts at participating locations. Make sure you carry your proof of service or valid military ID.

We'll continue to add to this list as we see more freebies so keep checking back.

Red Lobster
Veterans and active duty military, and reservists will get a free appetizer or dessert from November 10 - 11. Must show proof of service with military ID card.

Veterans and active duty military will receive a complimentary entrée from a special all-day ‘Veterans Day’ menu with the purchase of any non-alcoholic beverage on Friday, November 11. On Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13 veterans and active duty military will receive their choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner entrees on the ‘Veterans Day’ menu for a special price of $5.99 with the purchase of any non-alcoholic beverage. Must show proof of military service.

Golden Corral
Golden Corral will host Military Appreciation night with a free “thank you” dinner on Monday, November 14th from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The dinner is for Veterans, retirees, and active duty members. Hooters
On Friday, November 11, all veterans and active-duty military can enjoy a free entrée from the Hooters ‘Veterans Day’ Menu by presenting a military ID or proof of service at any Hooters location nationwide.

World Of Beer
All Veterans and active military can get a free select beer or $5 off your check at World of Beer locations. You must show your proof of service. More Details: World Of Beer 

Olive Garden
On Friday, November 11 all Veterans and military duty will receive a free meal from a special ‘Veterans Day Menu.’ The special menu features six of Olive Garden’s most popular items. Entrees are served with unlimited homemade soup, salad, and breadsticks. Most show proof of service. More Details: Olive Garden

Chili’s
On Friday, November 11 all Veterans and military duty will receive a free entrée from a special Veterans Day menu.

The menu includes the following:

  • Oldtimer with Cheese
  • Soup & Salad
  • Chicken Crispers
  • Chipotle Chicken
  • Margherita Flatbread

Denny’s
All veterans and active-duty military are invited to Build Your Own Grand Slam at Denny’s on Veterans Day from 5:00 a.m. – noon. You must show proof of service. More Details: Denny’s

Krispy Kreme
Offering a free doughnut and small coffee to all those served or currently are serving on Veterans Day. A free doughnut and small coffee will be given to anyone who identifies themselves as a veteran or active duty military personnel (no ID required). Only at participating locations. Longhorn Steak House
Get a free appetizer or dessert at Longhorn Steak House on Veterans Day plus 10% off bill for the entire table. Offer good for Veterans and active-duty military. More Details: Longhorn Steak House

Starbucks
Any veteran, active-duty military, and military spouse will be treated to a free tall coffee on Veterans Day.

IHOP — Free stack of red, white and blue pancakes to all veterans and active duty military. Available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

O’Charley’s
All veterans and active-duty military are invited on Veterans Day to get a free meal from the $9.99 menu at O’Charley’s. Must show proof of service. 

Autobell Car Wash

To honor and thank U.S. military personnel on Veterans Day, Autobell Car Wash will offer all veterans and active service members a free Ride-Thru Exterior car wash, or an equivalent credit toward another wash option, at all 76 locations of Autobell in five states on Friday, November 11.

Black Angus Steakhouse 

Black Angus Steakhouse will provide veterans and active-duty military with a complimentary meal to show their support on Veterans Day. Must show proof of military service.

The menu includes the following:
