Video shows retired deputy confronting Trump supporter

Questions over how a gunman got inside a mental health facility

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -- The Fulton County Sheriff's Office is reviewing a video that allegedly shows a retired deputy threatening to fight a Donald Trump supporter just days after the election.

User C.D. Reynolds posted the video on Facebook. According to the description, it shows an "unprovoked" confrontation between a deputy in uniform and a man wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat.

The situation devolves into a shouting match as the men hurl insults at each other.

The Fulton County Sheriff's Office issued a response on Wednesday identifying the officer in the video as retired deputy Paul Jackson.

The statement also says appropriate discipline has not been determined but will be taken, "although the videographer would like to drop the matter."
