Police search for suspect behind 3 robberies

CONYERS, Ga. -- Police are seeking a woman suspected in three armed robberies of pharmacy stores.

According to the Conyers Police Department, the woman robbed two CVS stores in DeKalb County and a Walgreens in Conyers. 

The first incident happened August 18 at the CVS store on Candler Road. Police said the suspect pointed a revolver at the cashier and robber her of money from the register. 

The second robbery happened August 21 at the CVS on N. Decatur Road, while the third happened at the Walgreens on 1783 Highway 138 in Conyers.  (See video below)

The Walgreens clerk told police that the suspect told her to ring up a piece of candy to make it look like a normal transaction. She then told the clerk to put the money in a bag and left. 

The woman was almost completely covered during the robberies, so police have few physical details. The suspect is said to be 5'5" to 5'7" and weights around 170 pounds. She's thought to be in her 20s.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the woman's arrest.
