CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - New video has surfaced showing the suspect in the Virginia car attack being arrested.

The short clip shows 20-year-old James Alex Fields, Jr. on the ground Saturday, surrounded by officers.

The person who shot the video says a helicopter was hovering low above their house at the time of the arrest.

Fields' damaged silver Dodge Challenger was nearby.

Authorities say he has been charged with one count of second-degree murder, three counts of malicious wounding and one count of failing to stop.
