ATLANTA – Atlanta police detectives canvassed a southwest Atlanta neighborhood Tuesday in search for new clues in the murder of a teen who was found naked in a park.

The body of 19-year-old Bridget Shiel was discovered May 31 at Rev. James Orange Park at Oakland City. She had no clothes on and had been shot multiple times with what police described as “radically-invasive bullets.”

Police found her vehicle the next day nearly 20 miles away behind Crowe's Plaza shopping center in DeKalb County.

Investigators have been searching for two men seen with Shiel at a DeKalb County gas station hours before she was killed.

On Tuesday, detectives went door-to-door to see if anyone had information on the case.

Anyone with information is asked to call Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered in the case.
