11Alive Asks: Who Is Up To Date?
You pay your taxes every year... but do your state representatives and senators pay theirs? 11Alive called dozens of legislators inside the 5 major metro Atlanta counties and asked one simple question: Are you up to date on filing your taxes -- or more specifically, did you file your 2008 tax return?
We're working to get answers from everyone on this list, and we had to leave a lot of voicemails, so we'll be updating this page as we hear back. If we don't have a response from your representative or senator yet, check back soon. And right now, we're only focusing on the legislators from Fulton, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett counties.
