ATLANTA -- Delta Air Lines has launched an online program that lets passengers track baggage from check-in to arrival - even 30,000 feet in the air, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Delta isn't the first to launch the service, but the airline says it is the first U.S. airline to provide the program.
Barcodes are attached to luggage and passengers can go online to see each time a bag is scanned by an airport worker.
