RIVERDALE, Ga. -- A six-year-old boy who disappeared Wednesday afternoon has been found safe.

Police in Clayton County announced Andrew Ngalahom was with a relative in Barrow County.

Andrew was seen walking along Heatherwood Lane in Riverdale at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, but was not reported missing until Thursday morning.

A neighbor, Lindsey Edwards, said she saw Andrew on Wednesday around noon. She said he walked to her house, looking for someone to play with.

Edwards said Andrew told her that his dad was at home asleep. She said she later saw Andrew on the porch of his home before he vanished.

Police say the child's father, Moses Ngalahom, has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
