Voting Ends Wednesday, February 23rd.
The coupon company Red Plum is holding a contest to see which of five cities are America's Most Valuable based on thriftiness and love of a bargain.
If Atlanta wins, Red Plum will donate $1000 to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Right now, Atlanta, Phoenix and Dallas are neck and neck. The other finalists are Chicago and New York City.
