ATLANTA -- As a result of a recent class action lawsuit filed against Apple for allegedly using misleading language on gift cards, customers who purchased iTunes gift cards are entitled to receive a $3.25 iTunes Store credit settlement.
Eligible claimants purchased iTunes gift cards that stated songs were 99 cents, and purchased one or more songs for $1.29 on or before May 10, 2010.
To claim the credit, customers have to fill out a form online.
