ATLANTA, Ga. -- Oderrick Boone has been sentenced to life plus 15 years for killing a 62-year-old grocer in Southwest Atlanta in 2010.
Baik Sung was stabbed to death inside of his Westview Drive supermarket and the attack was captured on the stores surveillance camera.
According to a release from the Fulton County District Attorney's office, after stabbing the victim, "after the victim fell to the floor, the defendant stole money from the cash register and exited the store. He later returned, stepped over the victim's lifeless body and walked through a pool of blood to steal cigarettes and other goods before leaving the store a second time."
Boone was captured in New York. Boone pleaded guilty to Murder, Felony Murder Aggravated Assault, Armed Robbery, Theft by Taking and Possession of a Knife During the Commission of a Felony.
